Pre-Diagnosis International is a Non-Governmental, Humanitarian Organization duly registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission RC: 130831 Under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Pre-Diagnosis International is a project of ELKRIS BENEVOLENT FOUNDATION in association with STOP DIABETES FOUNDATION, PROJECT ECHO INSTITUTE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO, USA amongst others. Our Primary goal is to help:  Rescue at least Five million (5,000,000) Vulnerable Nigerians who are either suffering or at risk of Developing lifestyle diseases especially Diabetes and Hypertension through awareness creation and free screening outreach programs in our communities.  Develop and Promote the Network of Individuals already inflicted with Diabetes, Hypertension and other diseases in Nigeria.  Upgrade the state of primary healthcare centers and add value to the systems  Share Update information regarding management of Health among the Identified vulnerable individuals in Nigeria  Promote Healthy life style modifications with Preventive health approach.  Manage the health of individuals/groups by regular, constant monitoring of vital body parameters with a view to preventing emergencies and complications.  Improve access to specialists and consultants through our Telehealth consult. Our mode of service delivery includes; ï¶ Medical Outreach Programmes across all local government areas in Nigeria ï¶ Health Workshops/Seminars for top executives drawn from all the MDAs ï¶ Community Health Services across all wards in Nigeria ï¶ Interactive Health sessions with stake holders ï¶ Home Visitations for those on retainership programmes ï¶ Data Management ï¶ Tele-Medicine/Tele-mentoring services through our Tele-ECHO partnership.
